Solution

The DIAL solution features an intuitive task-oriented UI where users upload contracts for analysis. GenAI engine automatically processes them using predefined compliance rules and AI-generated criteria to identify potential issues.

Then the system calculates a compliance score for each contract based on its adherence to predefined compliance rules. Users are provided with compliance scores alongside specific issues detected in each contract. Every identified problem includes references to the exact document sections in question, providing full context for evaluation.

The app generates potential resolutions for each issue, which reviewers can accept, modify, or reject. Users can also manually add issues they identify during review. As issues are resolved, the system automatically updates compliance scores based on each issue's importance weight and appends the document version providing a transparent change log.

The application integrates with Power BI to create interactive dashboards with key metrics like contract volumes, compliance statuses, and review progress. Additionally, we implemented a dynamic knowledge graph using DIAL Mind Map that visualizes relationships between contracts. This graph includes an AI-powered chat where business users can ask questions about contracts and receive source-referenced answers.
